WINDMILL HILL RESERVOIR & TRUNK MAIN TO RATOATH

Uisce Éireann has completed the installation of a new modern trunk watermain and constructed a water storage reservoir as part of the Windmill Hill Reservoir and Trunk Watermain project. 

 

Shareridge Ltd. was the appointed Contractor for this project.

The MEICA works were conducted by CSL of Carlow. The MEICA works for this project included:

​

• New Secondary Chlorine Dosing system.

• Updating and enhancement of Telemetry.

• Updating and installation of instrumentation including Residual Chlorine Monitors,  Flowmeters and level monitors.

• Enhanced Control.

• Increasing of the electrical power supply to the site.

• Building Services

• Site Lighting.

• Lightning Protection.

• Solar Panel installation.

​MEICA Consulting Engineers Ltd provided MEICA Resident  Engineering Services including review of Contractor's Design for the project. MEICA Consulting Engineers were working for Nicholas O' Dwyer on this project.
