SCHOOL OF MEICA ENGINEERING
At MEICA Consulting Engineers Ltd, we have developed a comprehensive training and development programme for each Engineering Discipline. This is solely for the development of our team members and it is freely available to them. We hold annual Continual Professional Development Workshops with each of team member from which an unique individual personalised career plan is developed.
The above courses can be completed in their entirety or as single subjects covering individual topics from each course. For our team members this is outlined in their personalised career plan from their individual CPD Workshop. MEICA Consulting Engineers Ltd. has an extensive Technical Knowledge Repository. It is digitalised and freely available to all team members via Google Class Room.

​Learning and Development in MEICA is based on a 60-15-15-5-5 model:60 on-the-job learning, 15% learning from others, 15% Online Training, 5% Formal Training and 5% Self Directed Learning. We encourage Self Directed Learning as this method helps the development of independent Engineering Judgement. ​​
In our operational procedures we have a designated Training Manager who oversees the implementation of our Training and Knowledge Management Procedures.
