MEICA Consulting Engineers Ltd was commissioned by various clients, to design full mechanical and electrical building services for various office fit-outs.

The firm's design methodology is strictly aligned with the latest Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) frameworks. By applying CIBSE Guide A (Environmental Design), MEICA mathematically models indoor air quality, acoustics, and thermal comfort criteria. This eliminates localized draughts and severe solar temperature spikes while keeping indoor operative temperatures within safe, productive ranges.

Concurrently, the team integrates CIBSE Guide B2 (Ventilation and Ductwork) to engineer sophisticated air-distribution networks. These systems deliver precise fresh air supply rates, effectively diluting indoor carbon dioxide and organic contaminants without causing excessive noise pollution. To accommodate flexible corporate workspaces and modern hybrid occupancy trends, MEICA installs multi-zone Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) infrastructure. These systems are managed via smart Building Management Systems (BMS) and variable-speed, inverter-driven fans. These demand-controlled setups automatically scale down airflow during low-occupancy hours, slashing building operational costs and carbon emissions.

Beyond premium air treatment, MEICA designs compliant public health and domestic plumbing networks in line with CIBSE Guide G. This guarantees efficient, localized hot water delivery for employee tea stations, canteen facilities, and sanitary blocks. Finally, early-stage engineering models account for CIBSE Guide M (Maintenance Engineering and Management). By strategically mapping plant access hatches, valve isolation points, and filtration racks, MEICA ensures the final commercial space can be serviced safely without disrupting daily office operations.
