Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full or partial payment (as required) is received and a confirmation email or written notice is issued by MEICA Consulting Engineers Ltd. 2. Payment Terms A minimum deposit of [50]% is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be received 2 days prior to the scheduled date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer and PayPal. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than 5 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within [1 to 5 days] of the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within [ 1day] of the scheduled date are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full. 4. Rescheduling Bookings may be rescheduled up to 4 days before the original date, subject to availability. Only one reschedule is permitted per booking unless agreed otherwise. 5. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened service duration or cancellation without refund. Please notify us as early as possible if you expect to be late. 6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and ensuring all attendees adhere to the agreed terms. 7. Force Majeure We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a 80% refund. 8. Amendments to Policy MEICA Consulting Engineers Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless required by law or unforeseen circumstance.
